Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee purchase. If you’re not, we have a 30-day return policy that allows you to return items within 30 days after receiving them.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@trywarzone.com. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary actions to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have concerns about a specific item before returning it.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
